In my 38 years as pastor of Centerpoint Church in So Cal, I can honestly say that Mitch is one of the best people I ever worked with. During his time as a staff pastor, we saw the church grow from a weekly attendance of 900 to 1,700. Mitch filled many different roles including worship, preaching, executive leadership, managing a multi-site, leading a lay training school called LEAD, youth ministry, and more. He loves challenges, is creative, and has an amazing attitude no matter what. 

I want to note several areas of strength: (1) As a speaker, Mitch is biblical and practical. He is always well-prepared. Our people loved it when he preached or taught. (2) As a worship leader, he can bring a congregation into the throneroom with talent and an ability to read the group and to do what helped them worship. He is also a great team leader and musicians aren't always the easiest people to lead. (3) As a leader, Mitch could see where the church needed to go, recruit the talent to help, and see a vision accomplished. (4) Mitch also has a heart for training people and most of his volunteers and staff are still serving in effective ministry even though Mitch has been gone for over two years. 

I highly recommend Mitch to you for just about anything church related!  He has a broad bandwidth and a great heart for the Lord and ministry.
